Shadow time at the Chi Chi Rodriguez Academy

At the Academy, everyone is a teacher.  Twice a week each member of the staff is assigned one

or two students for an hour.  The time is used to teach them about their daily jobs and tasks. It not only helps the

students, but helps everyone get to know the kids they are helping everyday.
