Chi Chi's Kids win at Rogers Park

Chi Chi 'Kids' continue to dazzle the competition at summer junior golf tournaments. Playing against a star studded field, on August 5 - 7, eight Chi Chi 'Kids" powered their way to the finals of the Urban Junior Golf of Tampa Summer Championships at Rogers Park. And when all was said and done, it was a Chi Chi 'Kid' - Sylkia Cruz - who walked away with the trophy in the girls 11 - 13 age division.
Herman Anderson, another Chi Chi 'Kid', took home the third place trophy for boys 14- 18. If was a fun-filled week, one that left all Chi Chi 'Kids' craving more. As 12-year-old Justin Glenn boarded the van for the long drive home, he said "Are we playing again next year?". You can bet that if there are trophies to be had, Chi Chi 'Kids' will be there.
