Event Spotlight: 37th Annual Charity Classic Celebrates Superheroes to Chi Chi’s Kids 

This past November the Foundation celebrated supporters who have been Superheroes to Chi Chi’s kids. During the Classic’s two day fundraising event guests enjoyed two golf tournaments and dinner by Baystar Restaurant Group at Nielsen’s campus in Oldsmar.  

Event Co-Chairs Jessica Majeski, Katie Majeski and Sean Tobe proudly announce the event netted approximately $198,000.  Funds raised go towards the $833,000 yearly education budget serving our mission to educate and assist at-risk children by improving their self-esteem, character, work ethic, social adjustment and academic performance using the golf course as a living classroom.

EVENT SPOTLIGHT: MUSIC ‘N MISTLETOE TAKES PLACE AT AMALIE ARENA

Board members, sponsors and their guests gathered December 18th to celebrate the Holiday season with Chi Chi’s Music ‘n Mistletoe event at the Amalie Arena.  Guests enjoyed a buffet dinner, Live Auction and Program in the private Chase Lounge before heading to their VIP seats in the arena for Trans-Siberian Orchestra’s “The Ghosts of Christmas Eve” concert.  Co-chairs Tom Harrington and Phil Powell are excited to announce the event netted approximately $121,000 towards educational programs. Thank you Tom & Mary James and Bob & Debbie Basham for co-hosting this amazing event!
